Thank you for visiting Specialty's Café & Bakery's CookieGrams For a Cause – a partnership between Specialty's, community charities and our customers.
For every CookieGram (1) purchased online with a Cause Code and (2) accepted by the recipient, Specialty's donates $1.00 for each cookie to the assigned charity. For the same cost as a cookie in one of our cafes, customers can help a cause and send Specialty's cookies at the same time. Caring never tasted so good!
What is a CookieGram?
- Online customers order CookieGrams for 1-1,000 cookies to send to friends, co-workers or even themselves. Each cookie is priced the same as cookies in our café.
- When the recipient presses “Accept” on the confirmation email, a CookieGram code is issued to the recipient
- Recipients can share the CookieGram code with as many people as they would like. The CookieGram code can then be redeemed by possessors at any Specialty's cashier or online until all of the cookie value has been redeemed.
How does CookieGrams For A Cause work?
- Charitable organizations may apply for Cause Codes through this site.
- All customers purchasing a CookieGram are given the opportunity to enter a Cause Code at the time of purchase.
- Specialty's donates $1.00 for every cookie that is both ordered and accepted under the Cause Code (e.g. a CookieGram for 10 cookies would result in a $10 donation.).
How does my organization apply for a Cause Code?
- A representative of the organization applies for a Cause Code by filling out the information below and pressing “SEND”.
- A Specialty's Cause Coordinator will respond to you within the next 10 business days regarding your request.
- Specialty's enables a limited number of Cause Codes at any time period.
If approved, how long will my organization's Cause Code be active?
- All Cause Codes are active for 30 days after the Start Date. On rare occasions, codes may be pre-arranged for expiration extensions prior to the start of the program.
How does my organization get reimbursed?
- Specialty's will work with your accounting contact to arrange payment within 30 days of code expiration in a pre-determined method.
